Acuity CAD Mapper
Acuity CADMapper is tightly integrated with the Acuity CAD system. It provides dispatchers with an accurate display of the location of received 911 calls and of all incidents entered into the CAD system. Using Acuity CADMapper dispatchers can provide field personnel with details concerning the location of the incident that are only available by reviewing an accurate map of the area.

With Acuity CADMapper the display is automatic, there is no additional work required to display the incident location and the surrounding area. Acuity CADMapper automatically collects the location from Acuity CAD and the E911 system and immediately displays the location for the appropriate dispatcher.

Acuity Incident Reporting
With Acuity Incident Reporting, information already collected by the dispatchers automatically flows into the incident reporting system. All incidents that are due reports are automatically assigned to the reporting officer and set up for the officer to begin his/her reports. Completed reports are verified against departmental reporting requirements and forwarded to a supervisor for review. Fire Incident Reporting (NFIRS)
With Acuity Fire Incident Reporting, all information already collected by the dispatchers automatically flows into the incident reporting system. Detective Case Management
The Acuity Case Management System allows detective supervisors to review preliminary incident reports entered by patrol officers and decide whether to assign them for further investigation or file the cases. Cases assigned for further investigation have available additional tools to help the investigator with the work and allows the supervisor to keep track of all pending and solved cases while managing the workload of investigators.
