Acuity CAD is a full-featured CAD system, that let's dispatchers work efficiently with fewer errors in the high stress conditions in an emergency dispatch center. Important operational 'business rules' are programmed into Acuity CAD so that you can be sure that procedures of the department are followed. Acuity CAD puts all the information you need in front of your eyes, at your fingertips and in the units. You get 911 information, unit recommendations plans, unit status, premise history, notifications of hazards and other notices based on the address and type of incident.

Acuity CADMapper is tightly integrated with the Acuity CAD system. It provides dispatchers with an accurate display of the location of received 911 calls and of all incidents entered into the CAD system. Using Acuity CADMapper dispatchers can provide field personnel with details concerning the location of the incident that are only available by reviewing an accurate map of the area.

With Acuity CADMapper the display is automatic, there is no additional work required to display the incident location and the surrounding area. Acuity CADMapper automatically collects the location from Acuity CAD and the E911 system and immediately displays the location for the appropriate dispatcher.

Acuity Dispatch Anywhere
Mobile System Client
Acuity DispatchAnywhere extends communications and information beyond the dispatch center and into the field with the same information available to field personnel that is usually only available to dispatchers. Too often field personnel depend on dispatchers to decide what information is important and relay that information by radio to the field personnel. With Acuity DispatchAnywhere field personnel have direct access to all the information.

With Acuity DispatchAnywhere mobile units can self-initiate their own calls for service, update their own status, and received real-time information.

Field supervisor also have real-time command and control. Supervisors have immediate access to the current status of all units, they can review pending calls and make assignments based on current events. Additionally with the addition of Acuity Mobile CADMapper, call locations are displayed on a map in the vehicle as they are dispatched.

Acuity CADMapper
CAD Dynamic Incident Mapping
Custom map layers such as building footprints and aerial photos create a clear and realistic geographic display of your community.

CAD Mapper displays each call location and surrounding area with user control over map detail such as fire hydrant locations. On-screen “info” tool provides access to additional data such as patrol sector, hydrant capacity, or nearby address ranges.

Acuity Mobile CADMapper
In-vehicle CAD Mapping
Acuity Mobile CADMapper takes CAD mapping to the field. As field units are dispatched to a location, Acuity Mobile CADMapper will display that location on a map in the vehicle for the field unit to review. Now the field officer has access to the same information that the displatcher has when using Acuity CADMapper.
As in the in-house Acuity CADMapper product, the display of the incident is automatic and displays only those calls for that unit. Field personnel may also use the map in a manual mode to look up addresses of interest.

Acuity Enhanced 911 Interface
Import Information Directly Into CAD
Acuity Enhanced 911 continuously monitors the 911 PSAP equipment collecting information that comes in on 911 calls. The information is collected, time-stamped, logged and presented to the call handler taking the call. The call handler then has the option of importing the entire data packet or parts of the packet into a call for serve in the Acuity CAD system.

A single click will import the data into the location and name fields in the call for service and attached the original 911 information to the call.Automatically importing the data prevents re-keying errors and helps the dispatchers work more efficiently by removing tasks that can be easily performed by the computer. Addresses imported from 911 are automatically geoprocessed by the Acuity CAD system and the call is set up for collecting the incident type and immediate dispatch.

Acuity Enhanced 911 Utilities also allow quick computer search of all logged 911 calls, regardless if they resulted in an call for service being created. You can search 911 calls by date and time, reviewing all 911 calls received.
